Description:   Position Number: 27912 Position Title: Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist | Toronto | 5+ Years Position Type: Private Position Category: Law Firm Management Job Description:  Our client, a top-tier law firm, is seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join its high-performing team.  The incumbent will work closely with the Director of Human Resources and be responsible for all areas of compensation and benefits firm wide. Duties include: Developing and evaluating various compensation and benefit programs and initiatives Working with the benefits team to review annual group benefit reports and other HR initiatives Managing and administiring job evaluation systems, pay for performance, and incentive programs Providing information on pay decisions for new hires, retention issues, and promotions Providing analytical support for cost modeling and reporting; and working on special projects and other duties as required. The ideal candidate will be an analytical individual with exceptional attention to detail and will have a post-secondary education in Human Resources as well and a minimum of 5 years of relevant HR and compensation experience in a law firm environment.
